There is a good chance it's vintage, probably mid to late '90s? But it's also highly-likely to be a boot, and not licensed. I can't make out the tag at all.

Value wise, not a ton. $50ish?

This is great. Love the print. It's quasi-3d-Emblem-Truckers-Only inspired, "Bikers Only."

The biggest problem is the cut sleeves. Otherwise, it might be a $100-200 piece.

But still think it has more value than $20 to the right person.

I think it's old! Just might not have as much value as a screen printed version, if it is a heat transfer.

This looks like it could be a heat transfer print, in which case, it's probably old, but it could have been applied in more modern years.

It's legit, that tag is FOTL, the generic blank that was pre-Screen Stars.

The measurements seem ok. I just always hesitate on these types of one color prints that are so widely reprinted.

A tricky one. What's the pit to pit? At least make sure the shirt is legit. The print, one color, very easy to duplicate on an old tee.

I'm seeing a ton of variance with this design too, but also haven't found one on white yet.
