I’m sure that there’s an alternate reality where this is a Painkiller Records tee, like say a reality where Cooch somehow acquired a time machine and had conquered hardcore by putting out Krakdown and Absolution full lengths, but alas (I use the term “alas”, very loosely), this is simply the back print for a 1990 Judas Priest world tour tee:
