you might get $50 for it - vintage team merch can do well, but these older tees, an XL is a modern M, so it takes a lot of people out of the running.

There is a good chance it's vintage, probably mid to late '90s? But it's also highly-likely to be a boot, and not licensed. I can't make out the tag at all.
