Had this Skinny Puppy tee well before I even knew what a Giant Tag was, around 10-12 years. Authentic 2000?

Anyone know if this was an actual graphic? Legit? I was told it was a design but I am sure they made modern reprints like every other Morrissey tee. Any way to tell if it's older or modern?

I am hopeful for legitimacy, but I got this for an insane price which always is a red flag. If it’s fake, I’ll wear it with pride either way. Single stitch, Giant tag.
