Defunkd.com was founded in March of 2004 as support site for a genuine vintage t-shirt store on eBay. In the years that followed we sold over 4000 tees via eBay and maintained near perfect feedback rating . In 2007 Defunkd was recognized by eBay and awarded for our efforts. After paying our dues in dusty warehouses and thrift shops [cough] we shifted our focus to our domain in 2008 and Defunkd was enhanced in blog and forum format.

In October of 2011 Defunkd was further enhanced with a multi-vendor platform becoming the world’s first online marketplace dedicated to the sale of true vintage t-shirts.

Today, thanks to a community effort from our members, Defunkd is the world’s leading vintage t-shirt resource.
