Die Hard
A round-up of buttery soft vintage movie t-shirts.
With the fifth installment in the Die Hard franchise only two days away, let’s pay homage to the original with this epic tee. I wasn’t a fan of the last flick. Actually, I flat out hated it. One too many scenes where I was unable to suspend my disbelief. Like the time McClane was on the wing of an airborne Harrier jet? Come on. Sure he’s no stranger to airplane wings, he fought Colonel Stuart on one in Die Harder. But at least that plane was still on the ground and the situation vaguely plausible.
I have my doubts about the new one. Yet, I will still be in the theater the very afternoon it opens. And after being disappointing once again I will repeat the process if there so happens to be a sixth film. And yes, Willis has already hinted at it.
Die Hard is the standard by which I judge all action films, but am particularly tough on its sequels. I think my standards too high.
